im just going to deflate if they just attribute it to my meds and tell me to eat better and send me off. like im not falling asleep behind the wheel and haven't had a restful nights sleep since I traveled to a different part of tje country with better air quality lmao

the only thing in my favor is unfortunately my dad has sleep apnea so I very likely also have it and whenever ive had something concerning come up with family history they do actually listen and order tests so we'll see

well..I scheduled an appointment with a general provider so we'll see if i'll be taken seriously
how hard is it to get a sleep study bc excessive daytime sleepiness has been kicking my ass my entire life but its getting worse 😶🌫️
