When the sea isn't out far enough, I have to scramble over the hurty-hurdles, the groynes. Often wet, and/or seaweed covered. Some are too high, so you have to go through, without catching your back on them. But it keeps you agile. Like a beach version of the Kryton Factor Assault Course.
