Made a shadcn ui COLOR theme switcher. Could be used on the shadcn ui docs maybe @shadcn.com???

shadcn/ui site: themes page shows lots of color palettes, and the docs explain how to toggle dark/light — but no example for toggling color themes.

So I made one!
