The City closed warming centres today bc it is apparently not cold enough. Cruel. Earlier this week, surge sites closed.

Toronto's warming centres were beyond full at 106% capacity last night. The need is there and yet these sites don't open through the winter. How inhumane to leave unhoused people outside with no options!!
