Good lord. Just watched the first ep of Stargate SG-1 on Netflix. It's the director's cut, it seems. Saw a lot more of Sha're than in any of the previous versions.

In quite a bad mood because one weekend out and apparently I've undone 5 weeks of progress on the herniated disc and the associated trapped femoral nerve. Some quite exquisite pain this evening.

About to become highly flammable, apparently, as I begin the *insane* anti psoriasis regime I've been prescribed.
I'm in England and the stuff that got delivered yesterday would cost about 100 quid in prescription charges, if I didn't already have a prepayment thing cos of my BP meds.

Well it's bloody 'orrible out so I've made a big pot of chicken and pepper pörkölt. Some of which for dinner later, with homemade spätzle.
