Underrated legend. The Kunio-kun games really pushed the limits of the Famicom/NES and there is nothing quite like the BGM for these games.

They announced a collection recently, but I still wanted to play Bomberman II on my Nt mini. I hadn't played this in probably over 30 years. Cheated a little and used a remote bomb password lol. Also used a patch to fix sound samples, which was news to me. I had 5 game overs cuz of self detonation.

Parasite Eve Chrysler Building ALL FLOORS COMPLETE. She didn't even stand a chance. I was able to beat her without moving from my spot. Guess I only needed 0-1 Medicine 4s lol.
Ending is still kinda ???? but leveling up to Level 99 was interesting. Maybe never again...

Final weapon and armor before fighting the true final boss. Also stocked up on 16 Medicine 4s, 4 Revives, 2 Full Recovers, and 2 Full Cures.

Chrysler Building Floors 61-70 complete. Reached Level 99 somewhat early on in this set. Didn't get 999999 EXP yet until a few battles later. I guess I could have been Level 50 coming into the building. This Queen Bee boss was way easier than the Crab.

Only played 3 floors today since I need to sleep at a more reasonable time. I did find the last Rare T Card, Club 5 and best armor in the game. Got the Super Tool Kit and moved some stats and mods around. Will have to do modding on the go since I don't want to randomize the maps again when I leave.

Chrysler Building Floors 51-60 complete. The Crab boss is the first boss that actually posed a threat and Liberating it didn't kill it instantly. The original was already pretty though so no surprise. 10 more major floors left and then time to fight the true terror...

I agree, they deserve the credit. These are some of my favorite games growing up and when Capcom was king.
I believe it's common practice to put the publisher's logo on the front. In most cases, the developer/logo is on the back, but this one might be different. We'll find out later when it's out.

I decided to map each floor so I can find the storage room and elevator easier, but it's probably not worth it due to it being random. Still, it's helpful. This took 1.5 hours.....I guess this is gonna take awhile. All the enemies barely give EXP so it'll be awhile until I'm Level 70. 2/2
