I know people gripe about the January crowd. I do too, when they come late and say nothing. But watching someone that’s never lifted a weight in their life make the choice to improve their health and wellness and makes strides to improve… brings tears to my eyes as an instructor.

Gonna be talking a lot about art, creativity, entertainment industry, food and fitness here.

Taught a new release of Les Mills Functional Strength at my gym. There’s something so gratifying when members that were just beginners a few weeks ago can now load a barbell and give me a perfect lunge.

It feels weird starting on a new platform, but here we go.
