My dad, Alan, off to war as a Sapper in 1939 and again as a sergeant in 1951. Cancer took him in 1993.

My great grandfather Albert. He was in France for the armistice in 1918, this photo was taken when he was commissioned in 1920. He died in an air-raid in WWII.
