I'm assuming I have a chest infection...
Wake up coughing, can't settle when I woke up.
Low energy and mind fog
About 20% weaker at the gym for even hypertrophy
2 weeks I go on holiday so 2 weeks of pushing myself even harder to drop weight and gain my shape.
