I have multiple drs including MCU, Fame, DC, etc., but my main one is an Arkham Knight DR (essentially DC)
I am currently in a meditation/zen class as well so I want to share what I learn there with my DRs

I'm so sorry about the spam, I answered pretty much all the questions! I play the Arkham Knight game and I narrate what I'm doing at certain points in the game. Because my DR is shifted so the game is over ~3 days, its soooo much easier to narrate that way
what are some things you do, if any, to get in the mindset for shifting?

Whenever I’m scared or demotivated with shifting, I look back at the channeled letter I bought and I’m reminded why I shouldn’t be scared/demotivated (the scared part comes from thinking my s/o isn’t in love with me during the Arkham knight events but he so clearly is). These are my favorite parts 😊
