The worst side of it is how you run out of energy, slump onto a bed/into a chair, your head sinks into a pillow/cushion, your eyes close by themselves like they're lined with lead... But your brain just doesn't stop. All you can do is open your eyes again at some point.
It's literally torturous.

What a time it's been; I've had insane levels of insomnia, it's flared up the worst parts of my mental illness, I stopped eating... And then a family member had a heart attack.
They've just gotten back from hospital after needing an operation on their arteries.

Tiny, slim & fiddly boxes, and getting the audio onto the disc itself? There was a 50-50 chance it would just corrupt at any point during.
It might elude to why mini-discs never really caught on in a big way.

I remember trying to have it put onto mini-disc, with a neat lil' official looking package & everything. Really wanted to surprise you with that.
Sadly, didn't pan out 😑 It's a finicky form of media to deal with, and the cases are just... Urgh.
