Watching @daniellloyd.bsky.social on GCN recently, I realised that I also enjoy the process of cycling - improving, measuring, tweaking, achieving - as much as the cycling itself. It's true of everything I do, even coaching.

After the weekend storm, surprised any trees still had leaves.
