I have to admit some sessions are just a little more fun to prepare for - this is quickly becoming a favorite. I love how first the parent will learn and then their child(ren) will join. Rhythm has a powerful way of building connection, and I can’t wait to see families experience it together!

Thank you to those who were at GRREC in-person or joined virtually to learn from @ldesautels.bsky.social. I always learn so much from her and as you can see - love her books! Enjoyed learning about neuroplasticity, the nervous system, vagus nerve, co-regulation and so much more!

During winter break, I completed the ASCA Trauma & Crisis Mgmt Specialist Training & Part 1 of the 4-part Neurosequential Model, grounded in the work of Dr. Bruce Perry. This training deepened my understanding of how trauma and stress impact brain development and behavior. @weareasca.bsky.social
