surprisingly difficult cake to get right! unsure if its just the nature of olive oil cakes but texture was denser/chewier than i wouldve liked, even when i whipped the eggs up + used a raising agent

i had to remake this recipe twice in a day. choux shells collapsed and custard separated on first try. second time was fire just need to adjust pistachio/rose flavor balance
