isc2kea v1.2.0 is out.

This turned into a full on @opnsense DHCP migration tool (subnets, options, backend server switch, restarts).

Doing this one firewall at a time would've been a pain in the arse.

isc2kea - OPNsense ISC DHCP to Kea/dnsmasq migration tool.

Built to make the ISC DHCP deprecation less painful. Still early days, but working well in real configs so far.

Hetzner doesn’t provide an initial FreeBSD image as a choice of operating systems to install, but there is an easy work around.

Includes pf+ssh hardening.

After real-world use, it’s clear this isn’t an all-in-one mini PC. Not a great NAS, not an efficient router, and not really a desktop replacement.

It does however make sense as a compact Proxmox / virtualization node with external storage.
