Pour l'instant les agents de l'ICE sont obligés de respecter les limites des propriétés privées c'est-à-dire pas entrer dans les maisons si on les laisse pas rentrer explicitement.

Du coup bcp de gens qui pourraient se faire emmener refusent de sortir, à raison
