#MotherMother Old Days post # 9: MM went through a time period, maybe 2015-ish, where they played a slowed down and moodier version of Hayloft in their live sets, a temporary departure from the high energy version of today. Can't imagine them going back to that, but it was a neat little experiment.

Rest in Peace to my oldest boy, Edwin, who made it to 2 and a half. He was an adorable rex and an "uppies" enthusiast, always going up on two legs to help be picked up. #petrats #fancyrats #ratties

Heard a popping noise under my tire even though I was driving slowly in a parking lot, and I was worried I hit something. Checked my car and there was a bit of a red substance and I assumed the worst, but still couldn't see what it was at first.
It was a ketchup packet. 😮💨

#MotherMother Old Days post # 7: I remember when MM would play Body of Years by itself, with no cover in the middle. It used to be their finale song around 2011. Perfect - I'd always pictured them starting their set with OMH and ending with Body of Years, and at my first show they did just that!

Sadly, my elderly "old soul" heart rat, Hansel, crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday with humane assistance from our vet. He was 2 1/2 years old.
Hansel was a former bad boy turned smooshy love, thanks to the power of neutering. He loved treats and total chaos. #fancyrats #petrats #ratties
