What had the thief been looking for?
Nobody would try to lift a collection of Precious Moments figurines to sell on the black market.
_Is there_ a Precious Moments black market?
My insane speculation was cut short by the sound of another door opening down the hallway.

Nordic Literature Week (originally the Nordic Library Week) has been a cultural project for over 20 years, aimed at spreading the joy of reading, literature, and the Nordic tradition of storytelling, across borders. It's become a yearly event with approximately 160,000 young and adult participants.

Scrivener doesn't know how to spell "gauge." That's one of those words (like "sleuth") that I often have to type twice before I get it right, but Scrivener puts a red line under it, regardless. Is it just me, or is Scrivener's spell-check function useless? I have to export to a Word doc to check it.

Everything came due at once:
Galley corrections
Reader magnet novella
Second book revisions
Third book first draft
But the good news is that things are happening!
(Now, back to work!)

Nick embraced her, saying, "Did I mention how lovely you look today?" Laura seemed to enjoy the compliment, but I noticed that she didn’t counter with one of her own. What was she supposed to say? That Hawaiian shirt looks like it would hide stains well?

Today is the birthday of Angela Lansbury. Murder She Wrote helped popularize the cozy mystery genre and made us all wonder, "Why would anyone show up to an event where Jessica Fletcher is a guest? Someone always gets murdered #murdershewrote #cozy #mystery #writer #angelalansbury

Lately, almost all the books I read are audiobooks.

Which of these statements sounds like you?
📖Paper: "I like the feel of a book in my hands!"
💻Digital: "I have 40000 books on my e-reader!"
🎧Audiobooks: "I listen while I drive/clean/walk."
