well uhm.. ik that its very likely stress but doctors cant do anything to fix that cuz its my ADHD overstimulation that makes me stressed and well, i cant turn that off even tho i want to yk

coming home tired and dead -> be like this till eeping time -> when wanting to sleep i feel awake again and cant sleep + waking up again at like 4-5am and cant fall asleep again too
