The thing that has worn on me as a #browns fan is that I'm tired of this team not being able to meet, if not exceed, expectations. It was ok when they were the 20 year old general -studies major, but now they're the 37 year old living w/ parents six credits away from an associates in sports training

I don't think it does any good culture-wise to just hand the starting job to a rookie, even if he looks good. The moment a rookie starts to look bad the fan base/media will start crying for Jameis and vice-versa. It's time for the team to learn to get above all that BS and just be a normal team.

I believe that Winston should start next year, but I need the #Browns to really put resources into finding a QB that not only has a good arm, but also someone who is methodical and thinks through game situations. I'm tired of watching QBs make mistakes because they try to make every play a big play.

The failure is that when you expect them to do basic relationship shit, they always let you down, never meeting expectations

You should write a book about how you made that pivot. I think a lot of us have it in them, but for one reason or another many folks don't take that step to work on their dreams.
