@chu.house.gov @padilla.senate.gov @schiff.senate.gov air travel became onerous so the party is planning to cave on it is core promise of affordable healthcare? For every Dem that votes to cave on the Shutdown I will be donating to the Democratic Socialists of America in hopes they primary them.

I assumed Tara Palmeri was most well known for “having a Substack” which is the clearest sign of bad judgement I can find in a journalist but I forgot about this unhinged moment:
Tara Palmeri is most well known for when, back in 2020, she wrote an article where she said she spent a month living in her neighbor's crawlspace for some reason.
Like, she was living on trash and rats, using the bathroom when they weren't home, etc. And wrote about it as if it were a big story

i think if you ride public transit enough you learn that most weird behavior is not dangerous, and conversely i think driving a car teaches you that everyone is trying to kill you at all times

Heather Cox Richardson's little "anti-fascist" newsletter brings in at least $5MM/year. Substack takes a 10% cut, meaning that $500K of that money is going directly to a platform that is funded by fascists (a16z is a major investor!) and devoted to enthusiastically normalizing fascism.

Major update to the INSTANT CREW solo mode for INSTANT STARSHIP. I've completely restructured how the NP-CMs work giving them more flexibility while have less things to track (and dice to roll).
