Today, 60 members of the Asia-Pacific Leadership Network (APLN) - including former foreign ministers, military commanders, two UN Secretaries-General, and security experts from the Asia-Pacific - warn in a new statement that a return to nuclear testing threatens global stability.
🚨 APLN is deeply concerned about announcements to resume nuclear testing. This would end nearly 3 decades of global consensus against nuclear explosive testing + threaten the stability of our region & the world.
