doing your job to ensure a child is placed in a loving and comfortable home got you in trouble is really the epitome of working in social services
I remember I got in “trouble” because one of my supervisors recommend a gender fluid child be place in a heavy Christian household…I told her she is further harming that child by recommending that placement and I will putting it in my report…I took the write up for not changing my report…🤷🏾♀️
