Hey everyone! Please note there are TWO play styles with Mel - Poke or Burst.
Poke + MS is ideal, but Burst (Shadowflame 2nd) into 5-squishy comps - ensure you're working on positioning.

SEASON 14 - VIKTOR BUILD *NEW REWORK*
This is the build I've been running. You can go Luden's 1st, but I prefer BFT with his Empowered R.
You can go 3rd, 4th, and 5th item in any order really.
Pair BFT with Cosmic/Lich should be core.
Viktor can now APC in the Bot Lane!
