everyone’s been talking about players striking up partnerships in twos and threes, and Eze hasn’t found his partnership yet. i’d love it if him and Kai found that Saka/Odegaard or Rice/Zubimendi understanding!!

there was a moment where Kai dropped in, received the ball, and slipped in Madueke with a perfectly weighted pass. in that moment i realised how much we’ve missed him!

i don’t want to get too excited, but i feel like this is the kind of thing that happened to (for) liverpool last season fairly often. it seems to be us this season. are the stars finally aligned?!
