I’ve been mixing audio for music and film for 15 years now. I’m both amazed that some of my process for mixing is what I learned from some amazing mentors 12-15 years ago, and some of it is recent discoveries I stumble upon and ask, well where has that been this whole time. This shit is still fun.

I can’t believe it’s been a year since I was diagnosed with head and neck cancer. It’s been eleven months since my last surgery and still no signs of cancer. Four more years and I’ll be concidered cured. So far, I’m lucky. Here’s to big scars and never taking a day for granted.
