It took Coinbase just 15 days to file its 177 page defence. See: https://tinyurl.com/24vxrzw9. In contrast Binance have until 21st Sept.

Casey, if Twitter goes under, suddenly, how long would it take to ramp BlueSky’s infrastructure as an alternative? Could the NYT NPR BBC & Guardian prepare now? i.e. treat BSKY as an option on TWTR’s bankruptcy? Have VCs the same incentive? Thanks for your thoughts 🙏. Shane @caseynewton.bsky.social
