I’m trying to watch Sistas for the plot but some of these scenes are unbearable.

It was hard to get and maintain friendships in school due to my crippling social anxiety — even with ppl I considered friends. This need to fit the image that ppl saw of me that wasn’t real. Now I struggle to be real as an adult. I fear being myself. I fear rejection from others of my true self.

- didn't write anything this month

- can't articulate words anymore
- can only float and mournfully wail
