Since it got chilly today, I wanted to become a soup maker. After a few hours of work, a creamy, warm and absolutely delicious bowl of Chicken Gnoochi soup! My first attempt at it and I'm pretty proud of myself!

After a 90 minute, utterly pointless meeting with upper management, I just wanted to flop on thr couch for a moment before grilling dinner...I think dinner might be late

A labor of love but I think I nailed it for the most part! First attempt at Buffalo Mac and Cheese with Fried Chicken. Homemade buffalo sauce, cheese sauce, fried chicken all came together beautifully!

Signs it's time for a new job. I got fully rested over the weekend, don't feel tired at all. I wake up for work yesterday and today and am fighting all the same fatigue that plagued me last week...yeah its time to start hunting
