I grew up with narcissistic abuse that involved a LOT of gaslighting where reality was denied or changed on the regular. A tip to help keep tethered to reality is documentation in ways that you and you alone can control. Write things down. Take pics. Track the truth so you can identify the shift.

As much as I would love to watch Zootopia 2 or watch my yearly Christmas movies that only shows up on Disney. I refuse to and I am really trying my hardest not to support anything disney. And it is gosh darn hard sense I am very much a grew up on Disney child.
