Yup! I was in bed by 7:30 to relax and rest, asleep by 9 or so and beat my 6 am alarm and was in the gym by 6:15 am 😁 daylights savings time is low-key a blessing for me right now
The key to working out at 4-5AM is taking your black ass to sleep at 8:30.
