The co-owner of Bay Area's Doppio Zero restaurants has teamed up with his nephew to debut a restaurant in Walnut Creek that makes focaccia sandwiches and pizza.

#GuittardChocolate was founded in SF in 1868 and remains a Bay Area company. Today, fourth and fifth-generation Guittard family members run the chocolate factory in Burlingame. I was lucky enough to check out the plant recently and saw the chocolate making process from start to finish bit.ly/4gPQlq3
