I love how Verhoeven convinced brands to advertise in and therefore financially support a movie that – at its heart – criticizes endless corporate greed.

Last night, I rewatched @dantrachtenberg.bsky.social's PREY (2022). Such a great film. Beautifully told and shot. With a truly fantastic Amber Midthunder and an utterly powerful score by the great Sarah Schachner.

As a #PhysicalMedia enthusiast I was happy to see a prologue talking about the film's 4K restoration by @criterion.bsky.social and Studio Canal. :)
