Today, I had a dream in which I fixed a bug in our C++ monolith, but I forgot to merge the changes into the master. This morning, I was genuinely surprised to discover that there was no Jira ticket for that bug, and I had a really tough time realizing that the bug wasn't real – it was just a dream.
