One thing that annoys me about booking MRIs is that they always ask the same questions about if I have any metal in my body and every time I have to tell them all the stuff that is on their screen right in front of them. Sooooooo frustrating.

I did a thing today. I swapped out the whole top half of my smart watch. That included pulling it all apart unscrewing and removing most of the inside to then transfer that the new front half. First photo is the old part but that is exactly what the new one looked like.
