Hot take, I think this is a good thing. Too many people have been sticking their fingers in their ears and just ignoring this and pretending it’s not happening. This shines a light to lot of people the dude in charge doesn’t know what’s going on.
Fox gives Trump a platform during their NFL broadcast to peddle his absurd lies about "prices are coming way down", "we inherited a mess," and "our country has over $17 trillion being invested in it." Absolutely shameful for all involved.

Not even a hot take - if you buy a land boat, a prerequisite should be knowing how far out from the steering wheel the back and front of your car is. Far too many people pulling into medians with more than enough space for the entire length of their boat, but still have their ass in the lane

Nothing ever happens. They don’t go into effect till Tuesday. They will quietly push them out further. Right will scream “see they don’t raise prices” left will scream “because they’ve never gone into effect” left right more angry, rich get richer. Nothing ever happens.

The one nice thing about sign on bonus is the terms only say you repay it if you leave on your own. That means I’m guaranteed at least 2 years in this instance.

I have an idea: while I understand the hate or whatever towards police officers, what if we did an “Adopt an Officer” program. Where you did a coffee or lunch with an Officer to discuss issues you’ve seen they can solve.
