Just in the past few weeks, DoD, NSA & CIA have all issued warnings about the use of Signal. But today, according to one reliable source, CIA received a note about how it is ok to use it (purely, I'm sure as a way of covering the DCI's exposed butt on this one). Rank & file distrust running high.
