Andy is a furiend from the park, and I’ve knitted him two sweaters so far. His mom kindly gave me a whole bag of yarn 🧶. She used to knit, crochet, and embroider, but her eyesight isn’t great anymore, and she said I was the perfect person to give it to. I feel incredibly spoiled 🥰

I gave DPNs a try and it was a complete fail! 😅 I couldn’t figure out how to hold them correctly, even after watching videos. If anyone has tips or beginner friendly videos that helped you, I’d love the recommendations!

I started self lymphatic drainage about a week ago and my energy is back! No more fatigue or feeling drained. But here’s the thing… I do it during my nighttime shower with dry brushing and massage, and by bedtime I’m wide awake 😳

Swatched and realized my knitting was too loose, so I went down a needle size. It looks much neater now. 🧶 Still not loving swatching, but hoping I’ll learn to! Knitting a Sophie shawl for my mom… it’ll keep her warm on her morning walks and it’s her favorite color. 💜

I’m really loving this turtleneck dog sweater so far. I’m using sizing cues from two previous patterns by the same designer since this one was written just for her dog on Ravelry. Big Twist yarn continues to be a favorite… medium weight, but light, soft, and comfortable for my dog.
