在某個平行時空,我也希望跟以色列一樣台灣會對移民跟入境的人做思想審查,我們明明是準戰爭狀態國家,看看現在Line跟媒體被滲透的多嚴重,中共一定也有間諜住在台灣,台灣人每天對著螢幕的時間那麼多,要被影響太簡單了,還有全民皆兵,不管男女都要當兵,比起人權之前,國家安全更重要。但是這個時空的台灣就是做不到。

Whenever it comes to neighborhood development, you’ll see how selfish and greedy people are. Neighbor afraid of losing property value, supervisors afraid of losing power, none of them care about how serious housing crisis is. Not only SF, it happens everywhere.

I hope all SF NIMBY read this and stop using “there are a lots of vacant unit in SF” as their reason to stop development. Why do they feel current housing action is a sudden change? It has to happen like this because they are too lazy to keep developing for over 5 decades.
There's a lot of misinformation and misunderstanding about vacant housing. This post from
@josephpolitano.bsky.social does a great job telling the real story: housing vacancy is at an all time low because we don't have enough homes to go around.
