My office joined Greater Opportunities for Broome and Chenango at the celebration of the grand opening of 34 Munsell Street in Binghamton, a five-unit affordable housing development made possible with $2.5 million in ARPA funds and SRDI support.

I spent Veterans Day afternoon sharing a meal, and conversation with veterans, and their families. Thank you to the Tompkins County Department of Veterans Services, GIAC, and the Ithaca Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta for creating space to listen and connect with veterans.

I secured $200,000 through the New York State Senate’s Community Resiliency, Economic Sustainability, and Technology (CREST) Program to aid in new cameras and installation for Broome-Tioga BOCES. This investment is a direct commitment in protecting our students and staff members.
