I want to learn how to properly do good art next year. I got myself a new apple pencil to go with my Ipad and I got Pro Create that I got last year. Any tips from people out there that I should take on board or any ideas on what my first few sketches should be? Any advice would be of great help

A while back, Willow and I were in a big Pokemon phase and went shiny hunting for our favorite mons for our teams. I said we should make them characters, so here they are! Sam, a transmasc Ribombee, is mine on the left. Beefaroni is Willows Mimikyu on the right!
