I was prescribed Atarax for my insomnia.I didn't sleep for weeks except few hours here and there.I went to see my carer at the clinic and I was so messed up and was losing my mind because lack of sleep.Atarax helped me with the insomnia so well, now I'm out of them.IDK I prob won't sleep for 3 days?

Wow haven't been here in a bit. I spent the christmas with my 8y.o. and my mom's (RIP) husband (I'll call him H). My child, cousins, aunt and her husband all call me by my preferred name but H refuses to use it. He does it on purpose. I'm not letting him here until he calls me by my official name

I'm trying to figure out if I have a certain psychological illness and told about it to my cousin. It turns out my cousin doesn't believe in psychiatric diagnoses except psychosis, bipolar and neurodivergencies. WTF, they have tons of illnesses like me but doesn't believe in medicine. What the hell

I updated the Bluesky app and can log in on it finally! I'm gonna be here more often now I think. Twitter is barely usable although I write in Japanese there and avoid the comment section so there's not much trolling and nutjobs on my comments often. 😁

Because of the shortage I'm gone over the withdrawls and don't need to use quetiapine anymore. Before I had to take 6-8 pills a day, now it's just 4 pills.
No Quetiapine in any pharmacy. Last time I had Seroquel WDs I couldn't eat or sleep for days. In the pharmacy they said it might be back next month. Im fuuuucked

I have a yeast infection in my throat. Got meds for it today. Decided to celebrate by making a mess in the kitchen. It was supposed to be an omurice. But it was edible so whatever. And now I'll smoke a huge joint even though it will hurt my throat goddamnit

Just found out a good friend died of an OD. I can't cry, maybe I'm still in a shock bcs I saw her a couple of days ago, but it is a tragedy. Almost every week someone I know dies.
