だが、運用面では、proxmoxでiSCSIをshared storageにしてる時、vmのsnapshotやcloneに対応していなかったり、iSCSIのlun対応が不十分であったりと言うあたりがどうしても困る。

だが、運用面では、proxmoxでiSCSIをshared storageにしてる時、vmのsnapshotやcloneに対応していなかったり、iSCSIのlun対応が不十分であったりと言うあたりがどうしても困る。

xcp-ngは、正直に言って、実装は古いし、xoも含め管理ツールはいまいちで、vmwareやproxmoxより良いとは思えない。

この種の、サービス停止に気を使わなければならないシステムの冗長化は、本当に難しい。

障害はまだ問題は小さい。むしろOSやDB Engineのupdateの方が難しい。連続で再起動するから頻繁にfailbackが発生する。
