Crosby library community garden was honoured to receive the RHS 'It's your neighbourhood' award for OUTSTANDING level 5. We're overjoyed with how our outdoor space has transformed under our staff and volunteers and can't wait to keep improving and evolving our garden for everyone to enjoy! 🌱💚

Children ask a lot of questions... and with books they can learn a lot of answers! Children's fact books, or non-fiction are available at all our libraries and cover a wide range of subjects and topics. We even have fact books about facts! #NonFictionNovember 📖 📚

'The Enchanted Greenhouse' by Sarah Beth Durst. The story feels like a warm hug, Sarah yet again creates characters that feel so familiar and loveable in a world you can't wait to return to. If you needed any more convincing, this book features a winged cat...enough said 😸

As part of Dyslexia Awareness Week, Sefton Libraries have a range of books from publishers Barrington Stoke and Little Gems. These are ideal for reluctant or struggling readers and those that can suffer from visual stress when reading print on traditional paper.
