Watched the knife crime doc on BBC, Horrifying watch!. Politicians must corelate the data of the increase in violence with the closing down of activities for young people. The youth dont just need policing they need resourcing!

Youth workers are very underpaid. Problem is, outside of us in the industry, #youthwork isn't respected as a profession. And why not? Many of us invest in ourselves to get qualifications and spend time working for nothing just to gain valuable experience.
