Merry Christmas to all those hard working accountants and tax advisors.

Why was the maths book sad during tax season?

Occasionally HMRC can be amazing, this week they gave an incredibly long time to a client for a time to pay, the client had been suicidal due to the stress.

We were told that we were going to lose our jobs with the invention of the calculator, then spreadsheets, then cloud accounting. Latest is AI threatening to take all the accountancy jobs, however, if it is truly intelligent it will say ‘no thanks, I don’t want to be an accountant’.
