make sure the next chapter has appropriate continuity, I am struck by how much I forgot in the time I’ve been away from it. I also am really encouraged by my notes for Ch 22, there is some good stuff there. I’m excited to finish this one. Tysm to anyone who has been waiting.💜

The thing that makes me the most angry is not just that I hate my job or not just that I hate my boss, but that it drains me so much intellectually and emotionally that I don’t even have energy to write in my spare time. It robs me of that joy.

I think I have to step away from the @kmsecretsanta fic for a bit. I’m too deep into it to give it what it needs. I’m pretty sure I can work on one of my other fics and still get it done on time. Just need to decide which one to focus on. 🤔 I’m pretty sure this usually works. At least I hope so!

Ngl I’m kinda glad that it starts at bedtime in my time zone. I get to sleep through a lot of the start of it. Maybe they will finish ahead of schedule! 😬

Sometimes I f&cking love writing. I just wrote what might be my favorite phrase EVER for my @kmsecretsanta fic ☺️ Of course, because it’s my Secret Santa, I can’t share it. But take my word for it!!! It’s comedy gold. 🤣

This week kicked my 🍑. Every muscle in my body hurts. Worked a full 40 hour week, then Friday night, most of Saturday, and all of Sunday. Lots of standing, lots of smiling. You know you’re working too much when you look forward to sleeping during an upcoming business trip. 😭
