Hi! I’m a landscape photographer who loves coffee and dogs (I know, cliché).

I’ve always believed a good image isn’t just seen — it’s felt. The best ones spark questions, the way work by Edward Burtynsky or @Adrian Vila does. If a photograph makes your mind wander, it’s done its job. What makes an image great to you? #photography #art

This week had pulled me back into photography & it felt like coming home. There’s so much talent online it inspires me, even as AI blurs the lines.

I truly love watching this community grow and in the new year, I can’t wait to get back on the trails.

The Fairy Tree

The infamous fairy tree in my hometown Dundalk Co.Louth. A tree standing through centuries — believed to be 300+ years old, rooted on a 5,000-year-old cairn tomb in Knockbridge, Dundalk, Co. Louth.

Where nature and history meet.

Took a quiet pause from photography this summer — less noise, more meaning. Finding my rhythm again through slower work and storytelling.

New collection: The Táin Mist — shot in the Cooley Mountains under the watch of Slieve Foye. Inspired by the ancient epic, these misty landscapes blur myth and memory, where time dissolves into stone and cloud. #LandscapePhotography #FineArtPhotography #IrishLandscape #Mythology #MistyMountains

“When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence.” - Ansel Adams

I love this this quote as to me it represents the joy of just been there in the moment.

I photographed my dog today just because... And although I am in no shape a pet photographer or a portrait photographer. I have to say this turned out quite well I think.

I watched #Lee last night, and it completely captivated me. The storytelling was immersive, and the performances were incredible. It reminded me of when I first tried documentary photography—how the honesty behind the images drew me in. That raw truth still captures me. Brilliant watch!

Why avoid midday light?

It’s raw, bold, & creates dramatic textures perfect for black & white. Photographers like Nat Geo pros can work in all conditions. Is there such a push regarding & golden light & social media trends? Whats your thoughts?

I captured this image on Slieve Foye as heavy clouds shrouded the peak in mist. The interplay of light and shadow created a moody atmosphere, highlighting the rugged landscape.
