I was an intern for Birch Bayh for 1 semester in 1980 through Trinity College, Washington, DC. He authored the 25th (orderly transition of power)and 26th (lowered voting age to 18) Amendments. He authored Title IX (bans gender discrimination in federally funded institutions of learning). Great man.
