That confounded tortoise who was asleep for the last 4 months behind the TV got up yesterday, stomped into the kitchen, ate an entire lettuce and escaped out into the garden this evening 🙄 see you in 6 months Dandelion

I’m sitting drinking tea in Belfast having seen a surgeon yesterday evening who will attempt to fix my botched knee! His only question was why did they not go back in and fix it 😱 it’s not raining either!

The Irish private health sector is a cartel I’m sure of it now! One surgery went wrong and I cannot get anyone to fix it 😡 just get on with it it’ll get better 🙄 having broken my wrist last year and gone through the public system I know they’re painfully slow but they are very thorough! Rant over

After many years just leaving it because it’s too far to try hobble into a shop etc today I received my disability parking ☺️ having been refused to sign by GP several times my pain consultant said that’s ridiculous give me the form now I’m waiting for someone to challenge me 🙄 could be a blog!

4 months now since I limped in to get my knee fixed and here I am still on crutches (wasn’t on them prior) and really considering the wheelchair propped up at the door 😞

Imagine 5 years ago everything changed so fast and society has never recovered imo. People have changed so much, my husband alone never returned to the office that has long lasting effects. Will we ever recover?
